At the agency’s option, Service Management Plans are available to provide 24x7 support or during business hours.  We have two options to fit the agency’s needs and requirements:  Fidelis 360 Core Maintenance Service and Fidelis 360 Enhanced Maintenance Services (Preferred and Premium).

Services include Proactive Maintenance, Trouble Ticket Response, Trouble Ticket Tracking, Monthly Reports, Basic Cabling and Wiring, Moves-Adds-Changes (MACs), New Install Support, Spare Parts Inventory Storage, Tracking and Management Fidelis Core is our centralized visual operational service management system for effective monitoring, real-time status, and faster problem resolution.
